We’ve all heard people complain about the weather wreaking havoc on their health, but are these claims true?
Research has shown that changes in the barometric pressure can indeed have a negative effect on the overall health of people, especially when those people already have a tendency to suffer migraines.
In a recent article from webMD, Marcelo E. Bigal, MD, PhD, director of research at the New England Center for Headache in Stamford, Conn., and assistant professor of neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, said “The one constant in weather-triggered migraines is change.”
“We’re realizing more and more that change — or fluctuation — is a major factor in migraine triggers,” Bigal also said.
With this new light shed on the link between migraines and the weather, keeping an eye on the local weather forcast could help migraine suffers know when they could expect to get one.

It seems Global Warming is in full swing, isn’t it or is it something more than that, a perturbation maybe from an approaching celestial object which higher authorities does not want ordinary people like us to know about.
A thought to think about. Take care always! God Bless!
