Missouri doesn’t quite make the grade

As students in Columbia are busy cramming for finals, health experts have released a different kind of report card.
Overall, Missouri earned a C on this year’s National Report Card on the State of Emergency Medicine, created by the American College of Emergency Physicians. Here’s what the report said about Missouri:
